1. Introduction

Welcome to br99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and br99, accessible at br99.onl, governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support facilities made available therein.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the br99 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and br99.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of br99 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing operation of your account:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active br99 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. br99 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is identified, br99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to forfeit any bonus or promotional balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. br99 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify br99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. br99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

br99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point during the operation of your account. You may be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of the payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

br99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction request.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your br99 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions. br99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which br99 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus balances and successful KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. br99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the br99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). br99 does not apply currency conversion charges. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

4.5 Declined Transactions

br99 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Where a transaction is declined, br99 will endeavour to notify the Player and provide a reason to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

br99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player may claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Details are provided in the specific promotion terms. As a general rule, slot games contribute at 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower percentage.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play and RNG

6.2 Bet Acceptance

br99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome, where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation or fraud.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, br99 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-malfunction state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

6.4 Sports and Cricket Betting

Bet settlement for cricket and other sports markets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or any other exceptional circumstance, br99's settlement rules — as set out in the specific sport betting rules accessible via the Platform — will apply. br99's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

br99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are integral to this commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of br99.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

br99's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your br99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

br99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Termination

13. Amendments

14. Governing Law

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through br99's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
